Bills & installments
Add recurring bills, household expenses, and installments here. You can settle a bill before its due date. Settling it records an actual expense using the date you paid.
Transfer between your accounts
Move money between Cash, GCash, Maya, and your bank accounts. Transfers are not counted as income or expenses.

Bank & E-Wallet Accounts
Add each account separately. You can have multiple accounts from the same provider, such as two GCash accounts. Removing an account will not delete its old transactions.
Account numbers are masked in this list. Avoid entering PINs, passwords, or OTPs.
Savings Management
Move money between your accounts and savings without recording an expense. Withdrawals return money to an account you choose.
Savings Goals
Credit Cards
Credit card purchases increase the amount owed to the selected card. They do not reduce Cash, e-wallet, or bank balances.
Create Shopping / Purchase Budget
Set aside money for an outing or a specific project. Allocating or adding funds moves money from your selected account into this budget; it is not an expense. Only confirmed purchases become expenses.
Backup and settings
Your tracker works locally, even without signing in. Google sign-in is optional. Cloud sync is always manual and never starts when you sign in.
Optional cloud sync
Encrypted Google Drive backup
Save a password-encrypted copy of your complete tracker in your private Google Drive app folder. This is manual and separate from the older cloud sync below.
Google Drive setup is not complete yet. Configure the OAuth Web Client ID before using these buttons.
Important: Use the same master password on both phones and keep it somewhere safe. If you forget it, the encrypted backup cannot be opened. Your password is never saved in the app or sent to Google Drive.
Older test cloud sync (kept temporarily)
Sign in with Google to use manual cloud sync. Your local tracker remains available without signing in.
Bank accounts, e-wallets, balances, transfers, credit-card records, profile photos, and account identifiers are excluded from cloud sync and remain on this device.
Choose a valid JSON backup, then click Restore Backup. Restoring replaces the data currently in this browser.
